Absolute god send

I would like to take this opportunity to let everyone know how good this company is. The girls have been a god send to both my mother and my father. The care they gave my mam was second to none. But also the support they gave my father when times were tough was exceptional. My mother has now went to to a care home and is really happy and content which is fantastic for us all. This is a lot to do with the support from the girls preparing both of them for the transition into care. Once again a massive thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Betty, Essy Destiny and many more are absolute gems.

Amazing staff wonderful service

My husband receives the best care from wonderful people.All the carers are amazing we couldn’t ask for better service. Nothing is any trouble to them, they go above and beyond. They are very friendly, they have a bit of fun with my husband and he enjoys this very much, but all done with respect and dignity. They are always courteous and respectful. My husband views all of them as friends not just his carers. They have become a big part of our family. They always check how I am, if there is anything else we need. We would highly recommend support health and wellbeing. A big thank you to all the staff, keep on with the wonderful work you do.
Amazing care and reliability

Our Mam has been looked after since September 2024 by a group of carers who are the best. Their care standards have been excellent; their reliability first class and the continuity of care has been amazing. Mam still sees the same carers with very little change, since the care first started. New staff are introduced slowly and everyone who attends to Mam is caring and lovely. We feel blessed to have them support Mam in quite difficult circumstances.

The girls cared for mam Lilian at the end of her life they were prompt, professional, funny, caring and compassionate. They embraced all the family and are all such beautiful people
